My mom is a new resident of Beach House, moved in one month ago. The transition was smooth and efficient. Staff was very professional and caring. Mom is getting the care that she needs on a regular basis according to her needs. Staff is properly trained in how to handle residents in wheelchairs and that is very refreshing to see. I frequent the facility approximately one time per week while other family members twice per week. It is not necessary to do so but I love seeing my mom happy and enjoying this stage of her life. The meals in the dining room are very good, many good choices and healthy ones as well. Servers are very polite and helpful in explaining the daily meal options. The rooms come in different sizes depending on need, and layout is very adaptable to most furniture sizes. Bingo, coffee and chat , board games etc are available and enjoyed by most. B.H. Bus takes residents to church on Sunday which is a plus. Shopping and outings to restaurants are scheduled and there are lots of good restaurants within a close proximity. I love my mom and I am so happy we found Beach House for her to enjoy her life in a nice, friendly and professionally run facility.
