Bonnie Berkman – Executive Director

Bonnie has been with Wind River Companies for 3 and a half years both in Texas and Florida and joined the Beach House team in October of 2019. She has been working with seniors for over 17 years in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Health and Hospice as a Regional Director of Operations and a Regional Director of Sales as well as an Executive Director. She is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in Florida and Texas and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Bonnie is very passionate about Senior Living and the residents she serves. She has a caring, compassionate heart and her goal is to ensure her residents are happy, healthy and exceptionally well cared for at the Beach
House.

Gabriella Sciarrillo – Director of Sales and Marketing

With more than 10 years in the Senior Housing Industry, Gabriella is driven, focused and experienced in helping older adults and their family members make decisions as they together explore the next step in their journey. Prior to joining the team at Beach House, she held positions as General Manager, Pre-Rental Sales Manager as well as a Strategic Sales Leader and was responsible for managing operations, census development and external marketing outreach efforts in Independent Living Communities across the country.

Gabriella strives for success and is truly dedicated in sharing her knowledge and skills to support you while navigating through all the challenges that many of our seniors face today. Her goal is to ensure that the Beach House is the premiere Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in the Tampa Bay Area.

John Smith – Director, Plant Operations

John comes to us with over 14 years facility maintenance experience. He was born and raised in London England but has lived locally in the area for about 20 years. Johns goal is to create a comfortable environment for all the residents.
